What can Omrela connect to?

Accepted Answer

Email (Gmail, Outlook, any IMAP/SMTP inbox), marketplaces (Allegro and Erli are first-class today), shipping (InPost), shops (ShopGold), invoicing (Systim), and local printing — with ERPs and more on the way. New connectors are database-driven, so adding one usually means adding records — not deploying code.

Is Omrela only for e-commerce?

Accepted Answer

No. E-commerce operations are the most mature use case, but the platform itself is generic: a unified inbox, a visual automation engine, and AI over whatever data you connect. Customer support teams and back-office processes run on the same foundation.

Can I migrate from another tool?

Yes. We import open orders, customer messages, and product mappings from most major platforms. Onboarding usually takes a single working day.

Is my data isolated?

Every business table has a workspace scope enforced at the query layer. Users, orders, messages, and credentials are isolated per workspace — there is no cross-workspace read path. Inside a workspace, user groups control who sees what.

How does the automation engine work?

Rules are JSON-Logic conditions on triggers (events, schedules, manual actions). When matched, they run a DAG — a graph of steps with branches, loops, retries, and approvals — on Temporal, so workflows survive restarts and partial failures.

Do you store provider passwords?

We store OAuth tokens and API keys in an encrypted credential vault, scoped to your workspace. Tokens are refreshed automatically. We never see your provider passwords.
